Tessa M. Trach

Hello!

I’m currently a student at the University of Maryland pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast News from the Philip Merrill College of Journalism and a minor in General Business from the Robert H. Smith School of Business.

Meeting new people and striking up a conversation has always been easy for me, which eventually led me to journalism. Interviewing and listening to life stories is my favorite part of this career and I love to share that with others through the power of video.

Whatever I may be involved in, I dedicate my whole self to it. Putting passion into all that I do is a full time job and that’s how I find happiness. My interests include photographing smiling faces, eating delicious meals and socializing with friends.

Originally from New Jersey, I’m interested in a career in media, broadcasting or video production, in either the New York or Washington DC area.
